"...get insights into your EC
software choices..."
|
| eComInfoCenter proposal |
| We would like to share with you this proposal
for the benefit of e-merchants, e-shoppers, eComerce software companies...
You, would be e-merchants! Are you bemused by the sheer number of eCommerce solutions? Or did you already restricted your choices to a few of them? Do you hope to get some insights from users not only reviews from magazines into your top choices!? Sure, you would but this kind of help is not easy to find! You, eCommerce software companies! Are you interested to get customers feedback and features needed to improve the product in the next upgrade! You, e-shoppers! Would you like to get a better e-shopping experience? 1. At our forum we may discuss such issues. You are invited:
Warm regards

From: "Joe Rein" <jamrein@email.msn.com> Subject: Electronic Commerce Suites I am currently using Viaweb and can describe them as simple, inexpensive, inflexible and unresponsive. They are a great learning tool and a good starting point to get your feet wet. Features for a $100 to $300 site are great, documentation is weak and difficult to use. Support is a reflection of the cost and can be frustrating. I have waited as much as 10 days for a response to an email request, and then only after repeated requests. I find if you need an answer to a question it is best to call them and stay on the line until you receive an answer. Joe Rein
